Founded by Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi in 2020, The International Social Impact Institute® created a platform for executive education, leadership development, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation across sectors.
As Liz’s work expanded into human-centered AI, collaborative intelligence, and AI-enabled learning, The ISII helped establish the foundation for what is now the broader LizNgonzi.ai ecosystem.
Today, The ISII preserves that institutional history while continuing to inform Liz’s work across executive education, strategic advisory, leadership engagements, and AI-enabled platforms.

The International Social Impact Institute® (The ISII) was never built around technology alone. From the beginning, its evolution reflected a broader philosophy: meaningful transformation happens through trusted relationships, interdisciplinary collaboration, shared knowledge, and thoughtful integration of human and AI-enabled capabilities.
As The ISII evolved from a leadership and stakeholder engagement platform into an early environment for experimenting with collaborative intelligence and human-centered AI, its growth was shaped not only by ideas and frameworks, but by the people, advisors, educators, technologists, institutions, corporations, government-related initiatives, nonprofit organizations, and collaborative partners who contributed along the way.
Over time, The ISII also began integrating AI collaboration systems, AI-enabled learning environments, conversational engagement tools, and collaborative intelligence workflows designed to strengthen communication, synthesis, decision-making, leadership development, and institutional capability across diverse sectors and environments.
This evolving ecosystem helped shape the foundations of what later developed into Liz Ngonzi’s broader work in executive education, AI-enabled leadership environments, governance discussions, storytelling systems, strategic advisory initiatives, and AI for Humanity.
