Today, The ISII continues as a foundational part of the broader Liz Ngonzi + AI ecosystem, helping shape leadership, learning, and AI-powered initiatives across the platform.
Originally launched to support organizations and leaders navigating digital transformation, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and innovation across sectors, The ISII became an early environment for experimenting with human-centered AI, collaborative intelligence, and AI-powered learning experiences well before these approaches entered the mainstream.

The International Social Impact Institute® (The ISII) was never built around technology alone. From the beginning, its evolution reflected a broader philosophy: meaningful transformation happens through trusted relationships, interdisciplinary collaboration, shared knowledge, and thoughtful integration of human and AI-enabled capabilities.
As The ISII evolved from a leadership and stakeholder engagement platform into an early environment for experimenting with collaborative intelligence and human-centered AI, its growth was shaped not only by ideas and frameworks, but by the people, advisors, educators, technologists, institutions, corporations, government-related initiatives, nonprofit organizations, and collaborative partners who contributed along the way.
