Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi is a global human-centered AI strategist, executive educator, and platform architect with more than three decades of experience spanning technology transformation, management consulting, executive education, and institutional innovation. She helps boards, executive teams, and institutions move from fragmented AI experimentation to coherent, accountable adoption—designing the decision environments, leadership experiences, and learning platforms that strengthen governance and workforce capability in increasingly complex environments.
She is Founder and CEO of Elizabeth Ngonzi LLC, the company behind LizNgonzi.ai; a member of the Fast Company Executive Board; Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University; and a Board Member and Founding Chair of the Ethics & Responsible AI Committee at the American Society for Artificial Intelligence (ASFAI).
