The SHINE™ Storytelling Framework Leadership Intensive
This Intensive is a one-day immersive experience designed to help leaders, educators, strategists, and professionals communicate complex ideas with greater clarity, strategic intent, and human connection in an increasingly AI-powered world.
Developed by Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi through her broader work in leadership, storytelling, human-centered AI, and institutional transformation, the SHINE™ Framework helps participants structure communication that is strategic, actionable, ethically grounded, and audience-centered.
Originally developed as a storytelling framework for organizations, companies, and individuals seeking to communicate more effectively with their stakeholders, SHINE™ has evolved into a practical framework for leadership communication, executive education, stakeholder engagement, AI adoption, and organizational storytelling.
In 2025, the framework also became part of the editorial and communication architecture supporting AI for Humanity: Human-Centered Strategies for Innovation and Impact, helping contributors translate complex ideas into accessible, human-centered narratives.
Participants will explore how the framework can help leaders translate complexity into insight, guide audiences from awareness to action, and communicate AI and innovation in ways people can understand, trust, and apply.
