About Liz Ngonzi
Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi is a global human-centered AI strategist, executive educator, platform architect, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience working across technology, digital transformation, leadership communication, executive education, and institutional innovation.
She advises leaders and institutions on applying AI to strengthen decision-making, workforce capability, governance, organizational learning, and real-world implementation. Her work helps organizations move from fragmented experimentation to more coherent, human-centered, and strategically aligned AI adoption.
Liz is Founder of LizNgonzi.ai, an AI-native leadership ecosystem designed to strengthen human judgment, governance, collaboration, and institutional capability in the age of AI. She also serves as Board Member and Founding Chair of the Ethics & Responsible AI Committee at the American Society for Artificial Intelligence (ASFAI), and Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University, and Originator, Editor-in-Chief, and Founding Platform Architect of AI for Humanity: Human-Centered Strategies for Innovation and Impact,
AI for Humanity is a global, public-benefit platform and living anthology integrating Gamma-based experiences and NotebookLM-powered environments to support AI-enabled learning, synthesis, collaborative intelligence, and leadership engagement.
Her work integrates executive education, strategic advisory, collaborative intelligence, AI-native storytelling, and interactive learning environments to support responsible innovation across sectors.
