Elizabeth (Liz) Ngonzi is a global human-centered AI strategist, executive educator, platform architect, strategic advisor, and speaker with more than three decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, systems implementation, management consulting, digital transformation, executive education, and institutional innovation.
She helps boards, executive teams, AI task forces, and institutions move from fragmented AI experimentation to accountable, system-level adoption. Her work spans executive education, strategic advisory, leadership engagements, and platform architecture, strengthening governance, workforce capability, organizational learning, decision-making, and real-world implementation.
Liz believes the central challenge of the AI era is not adoption speed, but whether people and institutions can strengthen judgment, leadership, governance, and accountability as intelligent systems become more powerful.
She is Founder and CEO of Elizabeth Ngonzi LLC, the company behind LizNgonzi.ai; a member of the Fast Company Executive Board; Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University; and a Board Member and Founding Chair of the Ethics & Responsible AI Committee at the American Society for Artificial Intelligence (ASFAI).
